Description:
3PE anti-corrosion coating production line means the steel pipe is protected by three layer to prolong the life of use from 5-10years to 50-100years.
First layer is Fusion bonded epoxy layer (FBE> 100µm), the second layer of adhesive (AD) 170 ~ 250µm, the third layer of polyethylene (PE) 2.5 ~ 3.7mm. Present we can made the machinery for diameter range Φ159 ~ Φ1220.
3PE steel pipe outer coating has a high mechanical strength, excellent electrical insulation performance. The merits include high degree of mechanization, process parameters stable, not pollute the environment, etc. In recent years, the intensive of the pipeline corrosion engineering has been widely used.

Application:
3LPE /FBE pipe blasting/ coating/ PE film extrusion assembly production line. The three-layer PE process, with the epoxy powder coating as bottom layer, binding and bundling through polyethylene PE and adhesive, is widely used in anticorrosion of steel pipes at home and abroad, and applied to the oil pipeline and gas pipeline, as well as to the gas supply and water supply for civil use.

The three-layer PE anticorrosion structure includes fusion bonded epoxy-powder bottom layer, polymer adhesive middle layer and polyethylene top layer. The epoxy powder is a kind of thermosetting nontoxic coating, forming the high molecular weight cross-linking structure coating after solidifying, featuring good chemical anticorrosion and higher mechanical properties. The function of epoxy powder bottom layer is to form continuous coating, providing excellent adhension by agglutinate and solidifying the steel tube surface with good chemical resistance and cathodic disbanding resistance. 3PE pipe structure

3PE tubes are made up of three functional components: a high-performance fused epoxy (FBE) primer, followed by a copolymer adhesive and polyethylene outer layer that provides tough and durable protection. The 3LPE system provides excellent pipeline protection for small and large pipelines operating at moderate high temperatures.
